Refund Policy

1. Paid Orders

Paid follower orders are processed using Binance gift cards (USDT). Once a gift card is verified and redeemed, the funds are converted to follower credits for your account.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

Technical failure: If our system fails to deliver followers after 7 days from order activation
Duplicate payment: If you accidentally pay twice for the same order
Service error: If there is an error on our side that prevents order fulfillment

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after order is activated
Account termination due to violation of Terms of Service
Unfollowing exchange users or revoking token access
GitHub API changes or restrictions beyond our control

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email support@devshield.tech with your order ID and reason. We will respond within 48 hours.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued in USDT (TRC-20) to the wallet address you provide.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban from our platform.
