Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using follo.devshield.tech ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

follo.devshield.tech is a GitHub follower exchange platform that allows users to:

Exchange follows with other users (free plan: 11 follows out = 10 followers in)
Purchase followers via paid plans ($0.10 per follower)
Track follower growth through a dashboard

Critical — Unfollow Policy:

If you unfollow any user that was part of an exchange through our platform, or revoke your GitHub token that was provided to us, your account will be immediately suspended and all followers you received through the Service will be removed. This is strictly enforced to maintain fairness and trust in the exchange network.

3. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate GitHub username and valid access token
Maintain the follow relationships established through the exchange
Not create multiple accounts or attempt to game the system
Not use bots, scripts, or automated methods to interact with the Service
Comply with GitHub's Terms of Service

4. Free Exchange Terms

Free exchange orders require you to follow other users (11 follows = 10 followers). You must keep your GitHub token active and maintain follow relationships. Maximum 1,000 followers per free order.

5. Paid Orders

Paid orders are fulfilled through our exchange network. Payment is via Binance gift cards (USDT). All sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis (see Refund Policy).

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to: unfollowing exchange users, revoking token access, creating multiple accounts, or any form of abuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any changes GitHub may make to their API that affect our Service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
